Joaquin (pronounced "wah-keen") is a first-generation Latino graduate of Augsburg University (2020) and holds a B.A. in Psychology. He began his career in Case Management in 2021 and has since gained experience working with both children and adults.

His studies, personal, and professional experiences have provided him with the opportunity to work with diverse populations and gain a deeper understanding of how economic, social, societal, mental, and physical factors play a role in an individual's well-being and sense of purpose. Joaquin is passionate about helping others see their internal strengths and is committed to empowering individuals through genuine support and hopes to have a lasting impact on everyone he works with.

Outside of work, Joaquin enjoys trying new foods and exploring new places. He enjoys working out and taking hikes and walks outdoors when the weather permits. His favorite pastimes are playing music (piano and accordion) and spending quality time with his loved ones.
